MEET THE FOUNDER

Hey, I'm Renee!

Renee Mocerino is the founder of The Sound Body Studio and a dedicated movement specialist passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies through intentional movement. With a deep belief that strength, balance, and mobility are essential to overall well-being, Renee creates a supportive environment where clients of all levels can move with confidence and purpose.

Her approach blends mindful Pilates practice with personalized attention, allowing each session to meet the unique needs of the individual. Whether working one-on-one or in small group settings, Renee focuses on helping clients build strength, improve alignment, and develop a deeper awareness of their bodies.

At The Sound Body Studio, Renee’s mission is simple: to help people feel stronger, move better, and experience the lasting benefits of a balanced, well-conditioned body.

Hey, I'm Danita!

Danita is a masterful meditation guide, seasoned yoga teacher, and licensed massage therapist with over 15 years of experience holding space for deep healing and mindful transformation.

We completed our teacher training together over 20 years ago, and it has been a true gift to grow alongside her both personally and professionally.

After taking a six-year pause from teaching, Danita is returning to the mat — and we couldn’t be more grateful that she’s chosen to share her wisdom at Sound Body Studio. Her presence is grounding, her energy is radiant, and her classes are infused with intention, depth, and soul.

How lucky are we to welcome her home to this space. 💛
